by替换词英语

前两天帮朋友改简历，就碰上了这个难题。简历里有个“by”字眼，是描述职位的时候用的，但得换一个更正式的词。比如说，原来是“Responsible for managing the team by providing strategic guidance”，那我就换成了“Responsible for strategic leadership of the team”。时间？嗯，大概是上午10点左右，地点嘛，就是咖啡馆的角落里，那时候刚喝完一杯焦糖玛奇朵，有点儿困。等等，还有个事，我突然想到，好像“by”这个词在某些情况下也可以用“via”来替换，比如“managed the project via effective communication”。不过这个得看上下文了。你说呢，有没有更好的替换词呢？
